Kylie, Kendall Jenner NOT In "Rivalry" Over Boyfriends, Fortune & Fame, Despite Report

A “rivalry” between Kylie and Kendall Jenner has not “exploded,” contrary to a claim from a website that frequently pits the Kardashian-Jenner sisters against each other. Gossip Cop can bust this latest untrue feud narrative. There is substantial proof the Jenner siblings remain close and support one another.

But according to RadarOnline, Kylie and Kendall have “taken their sibling rivalry to a whole new level.” How so? The site claims “the two mean girls can’t even get through the day without dissing each other.” A so-called “insider” is quoted as saying, “They fight over friendships, boyfriends, their dad and who’s more successful.” Kendall is said to be envious of Kylie’s career, with the untraceable source contending, “She doesn’t like that her little sis is so rich off of makeup and gets more attention.”

It’s further alleged “the tension between the two only heated up after Kendall was spotted on a double date” with Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson. For the record, this double date with Ben Simmons took place more than a month ago. Now weeks later, the blog wants readers to believe Kendall and Kylie are at odds as a result of the outing, because they supposedly don’t agree on forgiving Thompson for cheating on Kardashian.

And “when it comes to their own love lives, Kylie throws her strong relationship with Travis Scott, and their baby girl Stormi, right in Kendall’s face,” maintains the outlet. Claims the alleged tipster, “Kylie loves to show Kendall how popular she is and what a great boyfriend and life she has.” Meanwhile, Kendall “just wants Kylie to leave her alone,” asserts the site, which concludes with its unnamed “source” declaring, “If they weren’t sisters, they probably wouldn’t even be friends.”

That last comment is likely cribbed from a statement Kylie made about their relationship during filming of “Life of Kylie” last year. “Kendall and I, I don’t think we’d be friends if we weren’t sisters,” the younger Jenner confessed. But having differences in personality doesn’t mean there is a “rivalry” between them. And there are a number of clear falsehoods in this tale.

For example, the questionable “insider” claims, “Kendall gets mad when Kylie tries to steal her friends from her,” but in May, Kendall revealed the opposite is true, admitting she “stole” Hailey Baldwin from Kylie. And as opposed to being driven apart by Kylie’s personal life, it seems their relationship has only become stronger, with Kendall telling People only days ago about the bond she shares with Stormi. “I don’t know if it’s that Kylie is my little sister,” she shared, “but I was hanging out with her the other day at lunch, and we were just sitting, and [Stormi] was just so comfortable with me, and it made me so happy.”

Kendall also said about Kylie in her April cover story for Vogue, “To see my best friend growing up have a baby? It’s already made us even closer.” The affection goes both ways. Exactly two weeks ago, Kylie posted on Instagram new photos she took with Kendall, writing in the caption, “love u sister @kendalljenner.” Gossip Cop also pointed out these snapshots earlier this month, when the website’s sister publication, OK!, tried to get readers to believe Kendall and Kylie were no longer close. That storyline was provably false, just like this new one. There was also clear evidence to disprove RadarOnline’s recent tale about Kim Kardashian supposedly being jealous of Kylie’s Forbes cover.

Conclusion: RadarOnline and other gossip publications often peddle feud stories about the Kardashian-Jenners, but such storylines are usually provably wrong. In this case, the site maintains a “rivalry” between the Jenner sisters has “exploded,” but recent comments from Kendall and Kylie themselves show they are still closely connected and on good terms. This primary sourcing from the siblings is far more valuable and trustworthy than the single anonymous “insider” used by the blog. For these reasons, Gossip Cop is rating this story a zero on our fact-or-fiction meter.

Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt NOT Reuniting For Romantic Comedy, Despite Reports

Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt are not “seriously considering” reuniting for a romantic comedy, despite reports. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk the stories. We’ve learned the movie project in question doesn’t actually exist, nor have they been in touch about a such a project.

According to The Sun, Aniston and Pitt “could be set for a sensational reunion on the set of a new romcom,” and are contemplating “starring together in a film for the first time now that they’re friends again.” The paper is picking up these contentions from Heat, in which an alleged source is quoted as saying, “As well as being back in touch as friends, suddenly an opportunity has cropped up that would put Brad and Jen in a major movie together for the first time.”

The exes are said to be “seriously considering it,” though it’s claimed they would not be portraying a couple on-screen. “It’s not like they would be playing lovers or anything, but the project is in the romantic comedy genre and their characters would cross paths,” contends the tabloid’s untraceable tipster, who further asserts, “The movie producers are really excited and feel this would be dynamite casting.” Tellingly, it’s not said just who these “movie producers” are, what is the plot of the proposed film, and who else would star in the feature.

Despite these red flags, The Sun saw fit to regurgitate the allegations without any fact-checking. Had the outlet done some investigating, it would’ve discovered that this is an unoriginal rumor that has never had any merit to it. In March of 2017, for example, HollywoodLife made-up a tall tale about Aniston possibly working with Pitt. At the time, the actress’ spokesperson told Gossip Cop point-blank, “There are no projects that Jennifer is considering with Brad.” Earlier this year, we observed that a full year had passed since that bogus claim was peddled, and Aniston and Pitt still hadn’t teamed up for a movie.

In April of last year, In Touch manufactured a whole cover story about Aniston and Pitt co-starring in a film together to get “revenge” on Angelina Jolie. In that narrative, it was alleged Aniston would be joining her ex-husband in Ad Astra. His rep, however, told Gossip Cop the report was “complete and total nonsense on every possible level in every possible way.” This was proven to be the truth when Ruth Negga was ultimately cast opposite Pitt in the movie.

Then this past April, just a few months ago, NW brought back the storyline, claiming that not only had Pitt and Aniston reunited romantically, but that they now in the process of “bringing their love to the big screen.” They were said to be reviewing old scripts, but unsurprisingly, no specifics were offered. That’s because this story about Aniston and Pitt starring in a movie together was entirely fictional, just like the ones that came before it. Now here is Heat offering up its own version, with The Sun copying the misinformation.

In regards to the exes being “back in touch,” it was known more than a year ago that Aniston and Pitt were still in contact occasionally. But as People clarified in February, in a story about why a reunion between Pitt and Aniston would be highly unlikely, “They aren’t in regular contact.” And now Gossip Cop can confirm they have not discussed joining forces for a nonexistent project.

Asked about the former couple reuniting on-screen, a Pitt confidante tells Gossip Cop on background, “Hard to do that when you haven’t even spoken.” Aniston’s rep went even further, telling us the rumors are nothing more than “another made up story.” Heat has certainly been guilty of offering fabrications in the past, including nonsense almost exactly a month ago about Aniston meeting Pitt’s kids.

The Sun isn’t innocent, either. In April, Gossip Cop busted the newspaper for falsely contending Pitt and Jolie had settled their divorce, and that the split would be finalized “within weeks.” Of course, time has proven that was completely off-base, just as we rightly said back then. Now the passage of time will also show that Pitt and Aniston were never “seriously considering” doing a romantic comedy together, either.

Three Thieves Steal Aquarium Shark in World"s Dumbest Heist

In a trully bizarre heist that may very well be the premise for the next Pain & Gain-style dark comedy, three absolute buffoons allegedly stole a shark from an aquarium.

Amazingly, they bundled up the shark in a stroller and disguised it as a baby.

We want to go ahead and reassure you that the shark was found safe and alive. But the twists and turns in this story are almost as unbelievable as the crime itself.

On Saturday, a shark was snatched from the San Antonio Aquarium in Texas.

As the aquarium shared on its Facebook page: “one of our employees reported seeing suspicious activity from a group of three people near one of our interactive shark touch tanks.”

As you can see in the video, the suspicious activity was that the three alleged thieves caught a small shark with a net and stole her.

“Our General Manager, Jen Spellman, caught up with the suspects in the parking lot,” the post reveals. “And was denied access to searching the vehicle and the stroller.”

We can only imagine how that went down.

“Our 16-inch long Horn Shark was stolen from our tide pool exhibit while the attendant was assisting other guests,” the aquarium reveals.

They continue, writing: “Surveillance video shows the suspects staking out the pool for over an hour for their opportunity.”

“Surveillance footage also indicates that the suspects brought in a net to capture our shark,” the page mentions.

“After grabbing our shark and placing her into a wet towel, they entered into one of our back rooms where they took a bucket that was half-full of bleach cleaning solution (used for disinfecting our tools),” the page explains. “And dumped it all into our cold water exhibit filtration system.”

In case you are worried about some absolute monsters dumping a bleach cleaning solution into the aquarium’s filtration system, it was caught and the bleach was neutralized.

“This caused harm to multiple tanks, all of the tanks on that system, it is all connected. Including our seahorses, baby seahorses, jellies, and more.”

According to the aquarium, had staff taken even a minute longer to notice that something was wrong, countless sea life from the aquarium would have perished.

“They then,” the post reveals. “Took the sanitation bucket to aide in the transportation of the shark into the stroller, quickly exited up the stairs and out into the parking lot.”

But the aquarium was already on their case, even though they were refused permission to search the trio’s belongings.

“We worked closely with Leon Valley and San Antonio Police Departments to recover our shark and apprehend the suspects,” the page explains.

And there is good news!

“They located our shark, brought our Assistant Husbandry Director, Jamie Shank, there to identify Miss Helen and bring her back with us.”

“Ammon Covino the owner of the San Antonio Aquarium wants to publicly show his appreciation to them for all the hard work they did in locating our shark,” the post reads. “And allowing us to bring Miss Helen the Horn Shark back home.”

Miss Helen might technically be considered evidence, but she’s also a sharknapping victim.

“We value the lives of all of our animals and take pride in the care that we can give them,” the page says. “As well as the education that we can provide for the general public about these treasured species.”

Here is Miss Helen, safe and sound.

“We are astonished but so grateful that she survived this catastrophic event,” the aquarium writes.

“This guy knew what he was doing,” they write begrudgingly. “Or she wouldn’t have survived.”

A 38-year-old man who has not yet been identified has been arrested for taking the shark.

Police believe that he was seeking to replace a previous horn shark, who had died. Police found an aquarium at his home.

Investigators intend to arrest and charge the remaining two suspects when they are located.

This is a bizarre case. Despite some upsetting twists (though thankfully, Miss Helen is okay), it’s an entertaining story.

We can’t wait for the inevitable movie. We’re just surprised that, unlike Pain & Gain, this story won’t take place in Florida.

Celebrity gossip can be fun. Whether it is about the name of Kim and Kanye’s latest child (Chicago West), Ben Affleck’s odd body art decisions (back tattoo of a phoenix), or Tom Brady’s dietary choices (no coffee), following the foibles of the famous can be an enjoyable distraction.

But when celebrities spread harmful pseudoscience, it’s more frustrating than fun. My reaction to the news that model Elle Macpherson is dating Andrew Wakefield, the disgraced “anti-vaxx” conspiracy theorist, fell squarely in the category of eye rolling angst.

In the context of health, it may seem wise to simply disregard celebrity culture. Anyone foolish enough to be swayed by the health advice of actors, models, singers, and reality …
